I made Oxi-recharge from mobile store loacted at prahladnagar-ahmedabad.on 10th nov.2010.To a tata indicom no. located at chandigarh. But my client Didn`t get the recharge. So i told them to find the fault. But that guys say. We had made the recharge from my side. Now its your problem We can`t help you.
So, I talk To oximall Customer care service for this problem. So they told me if recharge will not happen with in 24 Hrs..Mobile store people will refund your money. But still after 24 hrs mobile store guys are not commiting their mistakes. & still i m not getting any type of recharge to my client
So i will highy obliged if u take appropriate action to the people.
