Wire rack missing in the OTG

I purchased 28 L OTG 1 n half year back from Ludhiana Opera opus shop. The wire rack was missing in the box and we requested the shopkeeper to arrange the same. He asked to directly request service centers and from Feb till date we have aclled Chandigarh and Ludhian service agent almost 20 times and everytime he assures that he will hanover the rack in few days and till date not received it. Now the local ludhiana service persons phone is off from couple of months and dont know what to do. The OTG is useless without wire rack and its depressing. Pathetic service by Morphy Richard.
