i have purchased a morphy richards juicer model "Max". but it was not working properly then a complaint was lodged in their customer care department. after lodging the complaint their representative from Pant sales & services located in jawalaheri market came and collected the juicer.
they have collected the juicer in the month of october and they confirmed that they have to replace it as it is faulty. but "Pant sales and services" told that this model is currently not available so you have to wait for some time and after that i have made hundereds of call to their customer care, spoken to branch heads, even spoken to pant sales and services head but still i have not received my replaced juicer.
i am tired of calling these people and i think a strict action is to be taken now its almost an year since they have collected my juicer from my home.
