I have purchased a 4Gb pen drive of moserbaer co. & within the warranty period, it has gone faulty.on approaching their service centre for replacement of faulty device, the attendant refused to replace the same with the excuse that seal of the device is not proper whereas that fact is that the seal is broken by the attendant himself & afterwards he was not redy to tell his name. So such type of incidences are causing harassment as well as financial loss to the general public
