M/s Alpha radio Shop, Delhi.(VOX Mobile)
Defective cell phone returned for exchange by another make cell, No response-reg

Dear sir,

I have purchased a Mobile from M/s Naaptol By Order NO:2847072.And complained defects of the same. I have adviced send back the Mobile handset to M/s Alpha Radio Shop, Delhi, for replacement of anther company Mobile handset instead of VOX, I asked for Nokia make C0203.I have send the mobile By DTDT couriers on 21-12 and the was delivered to Alpha Radio Shopon 27-12.But till to day no reponse from that end. Kindly arrange for earlier replacement please. Thanking you.
