Mis behaviour & No proper Maintenance

I am Working in purchase department of Gold Plus Glass Industry and we have given an AMC to Kohli enterprises the address is "425 ram nagar lane No 10 Roorkee Distt Haridwar ". The Order No is "GPGIL/09-10 AMC LG03" DATED 6 APRIL

The Owner is Harvinder he has abused me and the behaviour of the person is very bad to me and on top of that the service is very bad being an LG agent.

I need an action from LG immediately.
