I gave my Sony ericsson Aino U10i for repairs to Accel care center, Frontline Computer Services, NO: S4, 1st floor, Sterling Apartments, Vasudeva Dempo Road, St. Inez, Panjim for repairs on the 10th of may. I was informed that the strip of my phone had to be replaced and it would take around 8 to 10 days to repair i and deliver it back to me at the cost of Rs. 750. I even offered to pay the amount to and to keep the phone with me and to inform me when the part arrived since i dont trust my phone with anybody but they refused to open a a workorder. So i kept the phone with them thinking they'd return it back it in 8 to 10 days. The workshop order is SE31162310063. Over the past few days i have been calling them up on 08326511575 to check up on my phone and see when it'll be ready and they always say that the part hasn't arrived and to call up in 2 days. Today i called them up to see whether i'd get the phone tommorrow and they said that it'll take another 7 days despite promisng me that my phone'll be ready in 8 to 10 days drom the day my workshop order is opened. The place from where they're getting the part is chennai and its not that far from goa. It'll tkae atleast 3 days to receive a prt from there. This is a very upsetting issue on how these companies make us customers act like beggars, beg for our issues to be resolved and make us dance around and not to forget make us fall at their mercy. Please look into this issue. Thank you.
