I had booked IPTV with Myway with the commitment that it will also work on current program for time shift TV on channels as committed and the services will be given on priority and any complaint be attended within 24hrs also the monthly rent will be RS 250 including all accessories and tax. But it was surprised that the installation done incomplete and the required modem was given by me as they said if modem is provided extra rent will be charged.
They failed to proper installation of the product and even requesting to representative of Myway IPTV regarding cancellation of the contract they fail to do the same after requesting the following Navsesh 0886060806 Prashan 011455761164 Mustkeen 08802148623. It is requested that if the security for the product is not refunded within 15 days i have the right to claim panel interest as well as harassment charges @ RS 100 Per day as being a patient of Hypertension and Diabetic type to i have to incurred extra amount on control of the disease.
This may be treated as final notice from my side and i have the right to claim the fee to be paid to advocate and other charges required to attend the court as applicable will be bound by your company as the breach is from ur side.
