FEW MONTHS AFTER I BOUGHT NOKIA N79 I STARTING FACING SOME UNUSUAL PROBLEM IN THE HANDSET, IT USED TO VIBRATE UNNECCESARILY AND DISPLAY SCREEN ALSO HAD SOME PROBLEM SO I SUBMITTED MY PHONE TO ROHINI SEC-3 NOKIA SERVICE CENTER ON 21ST OF FEB WHOSE JOB SHEET NO IS 114433527/100221/46. THEY TOLD ME IT DOSENT HAVE MUCH PROBLEM YOU CAN COLLECT IT ON 23 FEB. TODAY ITS 30TH OF MARCH AND IT IS STILL WITH THEM ONLY. I CALL THEM UP EVERY WEEK AND AFTER SO MANY CALLS ALSO I JUST GET ONE RESPONSE ONLY THAT ITS IN OUR HEAD OFFICE AND THEY GIVE ONE AFTER THE OTHER NEW DATE TO CALL AND ASK.THEY ARE UNABLE TO REPAIR IT AND ARE NOT REPLACING IT ALSO.NOKIA CARELINE IS ALSO NOT HELPING ME. I DONT KNOW WHAT THE CONSIPIRACY IS GOING ON.
BOTH NOKIA CARELINE AND SERVICE CENTRE ARE MAKING ME FOOL AND NOT RETURNING MY HANDSET.THEY DONOT VALUE CUSTOMER TIME AND MONEY.
I WANT YOU TO HELP ME AND GET ME MY PHONE BACK I NEED IT URGENTLY.
