I would like to inform you that i have bought a Blackberry storm 9530 from Naaptol website (order number 3192437).on (18/1) i have received the mobile phone. As i have opened the box and started to use .i came across to several of problems.
1-Headset not working
2-Battery is old
3-Charging problem
4-Flash always remains on as you insert the battery (into mobile).
5.slot of memory card is not there.
6.Hanging problem.
After that on the same day i have communicated to Naaptol Customer Care via Email and Telephonic ally almost 21 days has been passed but no reply from there end.and if i am talking to customer care every one says your issue will be resolve with in 48 hrs. till date 504 hrs (21 days passed).i have got few calls from there end but no positive reply from there side, I have tried to contact the vendor also. But he is also not picking the call (contact no. of vendor 09910687777).i have got the email from vendor that i have to return the defected mobile phone and after checking it they will inform me.i have returned the mobile phone to given address.but till date no replies.i have paid approximate 9200 rupees.please take necessary action.
