Substandard Product without User Manual

I had placed an order for a Full Touch Screen Smart Phone with Track Ball 9650 with online company Naaptol. The Order Number is 126687 and the total amount paid is Rs 5699. I received the packet in the evening of 24 December by Blue Dart. I found that the product is substandard of cheap quality without any brand and there is no User Manual provided. Without a user manual I can not use the product. Later, I found similar complaints about Naaptol by other customers on internet whose complaints are not being attended to. This is alarming so I immediately sent an e-mail to Naaptol and also called up their Customer Support at 9223516148. The lady said that "she would TRY to send the user manual in next ten days" or else I can get the help from some local shop. Now I know that I am duped. The newspaper, DNA, is advertising the online shopping with Naaptol almost everyday. Should such unethical business be allowed openly?

I wanted to return the product and get my money refunded but the Naaptol Customer Support lady said that once the item is received by a customer, the money is not refunded.
