Sir,

I was placed an order for sigmatel fashion in this i paid Rs.1600/- through my HDFC credit card. I received the product but it not what i am inpspired and chosed one.it's completely another. I talked to the cc.dept and send back the product to the naaptol through Blue Dart courier. It was received by naaptol. I received a sms on 8th Jan.10 stating that your product is in transist but still am not received my product i dont know the reason for delay. I made so many calls to Customer care dept. but they are unable to give proper answer. What they displyed in the website products are not shipped. They always tempted the customers to grab money. So please take action against the Naaptol and help me to receive my product from them.
