NAAPTOL
Incomplete Product Received

I have purchased a mobile from Naaptol my order numer was 130765. But at the time of delivery i have received only mobile set without charger & free gift as committed at the time of order. I have genrated complaint in Napptol Customer Care. my complaint number is 27809. Whenever i call to naaptol they say please wait 2 or 3 days... And it happen from last one month.

Please help me in this regard, I tottaly helpless.
