Horrible Experience!!!
I have oredered Boss 33 sleek mobile on 29th Jan. '2010. your customer care guy said it will come within working 10 days, it didnt come in time, i went to the courier office after 14-15 days then I collected the same, the 1st impression was your very pathetic, than I didnt got one stylus, got defective hear phone & battery charger, I have complained for the same on 19th Feb. I called customer care on 25th Feb to know the status, but there wasnt progress at all. they again noted my complaint as ususal, then I have called them several times & they told me it's in process, still I keep patience & called them regualry when I calld last time I complained about shock when its in charge (charger i bought), its hang when we take snaps more than one, & touch screen is not reacting good, they give me some address to corier all the things so they will give me new piece. now 1st thing- If you can't give order in 10 days why you committed me?
2nd thing- If you cant give me parts in 10 days why you committed the same, it has already taken a month.
3rd thing- If your product has such problems why should i suffre fro the same? why should I bother to courier & all?
4th thing- If i courier the same what will i do till you send new piece?
5th thing- how I trust that you will send replacement?
6th thing- how i trust that replacement will new & it won't have such kind of damages/ problems?
7th thing- how i believe that you will send it in committed time?
8th thing- what should i do when i send you mobile? how will people communicate to mewithout cell?
Please clear all my queries.
I am very dissappointed with you & your services
Hopefully you will co-operate me otherwise i have to find out anyone else.
