No response and harssing

Sir my name is r.raviteja i am from guntur i buy a digital camera from naaptol from mumbai (order no 774554) but that is not a correct one as the company displayed in the add in news paper thats why i retirn the camera to the company before 5 months but still i did not get the refund from the company i called several times to the company and i also send amail to ceo of the company i spent almost rs 2000 for the phone to call the costomer care of naaptol so please do yhe justice to me
