Damage of Ear phone

I have complaint almost 3 times in naaptol.com

they told me every time they will replace with in 7 to 10 days.

my first complaint is on 2 April.

I have also give warnning if you will not action on my complaint i will complain on consumer forum.

I have purchased mobile phone from this company Boss e Phone 3300 on 31 march & get dilivery on 1 april in which Ear phone is damage.

I complaint on 2 april.

now today is 3 may & their is no reply from this company.

so plz help me...
