This is in reference to the order ID - 649655, payment done online through credit card in the name of "Abhishek Sharma" on 10th Aug and delivery to be made to "Somya Sharma". This is despite of the fact that the website promises to deliver within 10 days of order.
Inspite of repeatedly calling customer care center I have not yet recieved the product requested till date?
