I had purchased a Cell Phone Blackberry 9530 vide my order No. 2576327 from Naaptol.com. However, the Invoice of the phone does not contain the IMEI no of the Cell phone. in the absence of the IMEI no the genuineness of the product can not be ascertained. I called the naaptol costumer care several times also sent several mails but did not get any appropriate response. Orally they say only one thing that we can neither provide the same nor we can give you in writing that we can not provide the same in writing.
Now looking in to the above circumstance i am thinking of a legal action against the Company.
