Dear sir/madem

i was order one blackberry mobile phone from naaptol.com which amount was Rs8899 299 shiping charges my order no؛3434486. I got some prblm in my phone they told lot of features but phone was dubba and so many prblm in phone i called to naptol.com they told me z corriur my product i ill be refund within 21 days and i have return phone on 17/2 after that i m calling to naaptol.com and asking about my cheque they are saying me we have sent you cheque on 1/3 through quintum solution and my parcels no is D38654006 and my cheque no is 140751 they told me within 3 working days you will be received cheque but till now i didn't get it and so many time i called to naaptol.com but they are not taking any action only saying wait soon you will be get it you will be get it plz take a right action and help me
