I have purchased a mobile from naaptol.com ag.order no.353045.The same sent by them on COD basis and recd. on 05.05.10.But mannual Book not recd. I have make so many calls to Customer Care (each and every time they told the same will be recd.by you within 24hours). But till today not recd.the same.
