I purchased a Blackberry 8830. The details of my order are as below:

Date of order Received: 10th of March
First Complaint Date: 17th of March
The handset has some technical issue and the Blackberry internet service (my subscriber is Vodafone) is not working on this.
I made a complaint to this order on the 17th of March and followed up several times (atleast 15 occassions).
Every time the customer care executives told me that I would get a revert on my complaint in next 24 hours, but no one ever reverted.
I was given a vendor’s number (SRP enterprises) which does not work most of the times and gives a busy tone 24*7. on two occasions, I have been able to speak to one executive Swati, who said that the technical services team would revert, but there was no action from their said.
It is already 3 weeks since my first complaint, but it has not been taken seriously and despite numerous calls made regularly, no one has addressed it as of now.
I Expect that my complain will be sorted out in next 24 hours or I will have no choice but to take a legal action against Naaptol.com
