I ORDERED A DUAL SIM BLACBERRY MOBILE FROM NAAPTOL, IMMEDIATELY ON RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT CDMA MOBILE DID NOT WORK, I WAS SUGGESTED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT FROM NAAPTOL TO ITS DEALER & IT WAS IMMEDIATELY RETURNED ON 30.11.2011 AND FROM THEN ON THEY HAVE NEVER BOTHERED TO REFUND MY MONEY & HAVE BEEN MAKING EXCUSES THAT THE PRODUCT HAS NOT REACHED THE DEALER & TO PROVE ALL THIS I HAVE SUBMITTED PROOF OF DELIVERY (POD) FROM BLUEDART EXPRESS THAT THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE DEALER... BUT TILL DATE 09.04. EVEN AFTER 4 MONTHS & AFTER REPEATED CALLS & MAILS TO ALL INVOLVED, THERE HAS BEEN NO IMPROVEMENT IN THE SITUATION & I FEEL THEY ARE TRYING TO DODGE ME TO REFUND THE MONEY... I REQUEST THIS FORUM TO SPREAD THE AWARENESS OF CHEATERS LIKE THESE COMPANIES & HELP CUSTOMERS / BUYERS LIKE ME TO GET BACK MY MONEY... PLEASE GUIDE ME...
