Sir, have purchase mobile phone at naaptol online shoping on 4 march, around 8 march i recived the product but it was not in working condition i mean charger was not working and within one day battery was dull nd was not geting charge so i complaint naaptol care and they suggest me to send the product back and they will replace the product then i have send my product on 11/03 via blue dart curior and they have receved product too. now its one and half month is over and still i have not recived my product from them, whenever i call naaptol care they says that u will receive product soon... so help me out.
