I ordered the Smart Phone 8502 Vide Order No: 167761 on 07/02 and received the consignment on 19/02 without 2 batteries and one phone string. On the same day (19/02) I launched a complaint vide complaint No: 48183. Every time on inquiry I get a stereo typed reply that the matter has been escalated and that it would be attended to within 7 to 10 working days. It is now more than 3 months and I am still in the same position and unable to use the phone. I have already spent more than Rs. 100/- by making phone calls to them. Now a days my emails are also not replied.

Best of all they used to proudly advertise in various dailies claiming that they give Best Service & Quality Product.

Because of Naaptol's attitude I am scared to transact with any of the products advertised in the newspapers like Times Of India and others.

They not only spoil their name but also spoil the names of other newspapers in which people have trust.

In this connection the newspapers should also keep in mind their reputation they have created with the public while dealing with such advertisements (Naaptol).

I hope they do not treat others the same way. Hoping to hear from Naaptol at least during my life time.
