I had a very bad experience with this reseller, I had purchased 25litr racold water heater, I insisted them to deliver a new one instead of the display piece, So they asked me to wait for 3 days . after three days they delivered the same display piece with no Warranty card inside the box nothing inside it . immedietly i've called them and filed a complaint to a employer there but still they didnt respond at all. Infact i payed the full payment on the day when i ordered the item.
