I purchase one LG 42" LCD TV on 14th, February from Next Electronics (Galaxy - Home Appliances), Ambatur, Chennai. There is a free gift, LG Blue ray dvd player with that LCD TV. It was mentioned on the bill and it is still due. I asked them for this dvd player many time for they are not listening and always say they have some problem with the LG vendor. Can somebody please look into this mater. i attached the bill with this complain for reference.
