I have placed an order for Kelvinator refrigerator 230 ltr on 29th july vide transaction ID: NGPAY 1080938181 and an amount of INR 13050 was paid thru my HDFC Credit card and it was promised online and thru message that same will be delivered within 21 working days but despite repeated reminders and calls as of now I have not received the product. NGPAY is failing to keep its commitments and dates. I am being mentally harassed as I am shifting my base to Gujarat and because of this issue I am unable to shift my luggages.

Despite repeated reminders and complaints no body from NGPAY is listening and no result or development as of now.

Please help.
