No activation SIM even after 1 week

SIR,

I had lost my handset, hence i opted for number transfer to a different SIM. Even after submitting all the required documents and completing required formalities my SIM has not been activated. My number is 9566813221. This is still to be activated. i kindly request you to take the necessary action. Important work is pending..
