Dear sir,

As I have ask u early question regarding meaning of nokia priority, as I have purchase nokia E-5 (IMEI no 355949044723566) from one of your priority dealer name CELL CARE (GF2, PIYURAJ CHAMBER, NEAR SWASTIK CHAR RASTA, NAVRANGPURA, AHMEDABAD PH NO 91 79 26441536) trusting it to genuine on 16 April 05-11) as early its was priority dealer as I have seen in ur add to buy from priority dealer as they are genuine dealer of nokia as company has given I am enclosing bill copy scan also in which written nokia priority trusting him

Now as I purchase it thinking of company showroom not worried regarding cheating or any ford within one week my mobile is not working.

As they are telling its liquid damage but its was not as I have used it it was not such as I have another nokia e-63 since 1 year, I went to his shop and told so as he sent me to care office of yours he all ready know the guy there and said me its not reparable and both have talk with each other then again I went there ur dealer he said that not to worry he will get it repair as Ihe would not to loss a customer and take my cell and give me estimate of 900 rs I said ok let just make phone working, but after 10 days then he said that he had given it outside to some engineer of him but is not going to repair so I sid again to go to care but now he said that your cell is now not under any warranty as he has given to some outside engineer so now he has make me handicap now I cant even complain ur nokia care as they are not ready to touch the mobile

As if both your dealer and care where know to each other and not ready to listen

So I made a loss of 9100 in one week.

So how can one trust your company as dealer is not priority then also telling he is priority dealer and fooling people and also come to know to that from where I purchase cell care is not only selling nokia but other product mobile of L.G, SAMSUNG, BLACKBERRY, MICROMAX AND OTHER CHINES BRAND

I trusted and gone there and now my mobile is not working 1 st question how can ur dealer can fool customer by telling ur that they are priority dealer as now my cell is dead within one week and no body is ready to answer after all this happen again

So now who is fooling whom, its ur company fault that that person cant be priority dealer as cheated me and have dought may have change parts as box was open and I ask him why it was so just said sto see model to customer as I was buying from priority dealer I take it lightly

And when no body was ready to see phone I take chance and gave to other shop just to check what’s has happen really he said that some one has blow really hot air and all circuit has burned and not chance has zero if he had not done so it was reparable

Kindly take some action regarding its or atleast stop making people fool

How one of ur dealer can write that he is nokia priority dealer its ur company mistake and please stop fooling people as I have suffered but not some one
