Improper attitude

I gave my Nokia 1203 to Nokia Care, Sect 15 Noida on 6.2.10 for poor battery back up. They took 4 days to rectify it. When I collected my set, i found the cabinet has been changed from black to blue. But they r not ready to replace it. I, frustratedly got back. But to my dismay, i found the problem of battery back up is still there. God only knows, what the technical people are doing. I took my set again on 20.2.10 for the same problem. they told me to bring the purchase bill with me and i did it too. But this time they r not ready to take it for the reason well known to them only. I asked why this has not been told to me when I brought the set for the first time itself. The person sitting in the reception is not speaking politely with their customer. He just humiliated me and advising me to listen by sitting beside him and listen to what he is explaining to others. Sir, Im a Gaz. Officer in Defence Ministry and i happened to be humiliated by a boy sitting in the reception of Nokia Care. when i got a chance to meet a lady inside, i explained my problem, but to my surprise, she instead understanding my problem, simply trying to safeguard them and they are absolutely against their customer. My present problem is just to guide your customer care officials how to behave with their valuable customer. I further request you to guide me as to where I can get a good service in Delhi/Noida?
