Reembursment of Billed amount

Hi Team,

I bought Nokia 1616 handset, 3 months back, i was facing a problem with signal drop, handset hangs while on the call and auotomatically reboot. I have dropped my mobile to Nokia Care for warranty repair 3 times.

Later they couldnt rectify the problem, Hence they replaced the handset with Device serial Number: 355390044490205, Registration PIN: 30113004866032, Registration Date: 10-03. Location: Samvradhi Technologies, Koramangala Bangalore.

I paid 140 INR for extending the warranty. But my problem with the handset is not resolved. Kindly help me in this issue. Plz do the needful
