Poor battery condition

Dear Sir,

I beg to inform you that I have purchased the Nokia Mobile Date 24.05.2010 (Model No. is 2690) from Spice Retail Ltd., Shop No. C-3, Main Jayanti Market, Jaipur.

The battery of my mobile Nokia2690 is in poor condition, after charging full, mobile discharge after some time.

So pls. solve this problem earlier.
