I am pradeep and i have bought a nokia mobile phone that is nokia-2690 on 10/11, from a mobile shop named Mobile planet & address is - A-60, Near Aggrwal sweets & wine shop, New ashok nager, Delhi-110096, and his contect no-9818405041, What the mobile owner does he sold me a defective piece and told me that he can not replace it...

Kindly help me because i have lost my money...
