I am Dijeesh I have purchased one Nokia 3110c on 6th June from calicut

But just after two month the handset started giving troubles. Its

1. Music player was not working show in Updating.

2. Phone Switched off when memory card inserted.

3. Phone memory loss.

4. Power selftest failure /Contact Service

I have visited the Nokia Care (Happy Creations calicut) FIVE times & they can’t solve my problem still. They told it has a software complaints. Three times Software Updated and Two times NIMC service. The same complaint repeated in five times. If it is not repaired My handset is still under warranty and it is the rule of service that if it is not repaired within three times then they should replace it. But they are not doing so. Sir please help me it has become a vicious circle for me to go to the service centre and go again and go again. please hel me…….In last Nov 30 handset again complaint the phone switch on show Service Contact and switched off. I went Nokia Care (Happy Creations calicut), They told that handset couldn't repalace. I request to change my phone immediately please help me...
