Every time problem with the mobile from day 1 i buyed

Worst handset what i buyed. more than 5 times i have taken it to service centre for itz restating problem. and now that display was gone... just with in one year i have faced all the problems..is there a right solution for it... if itz so i am ready to file at consumer court also...
