Memory Card Problem

Dear Sir,

I am using last 2 years nokia 3500c handset.

Last 3 months my phone message me to memory card not formated formate now,

in opening the gallery. I am 2 time change the memory card, one time change the memory IC but my phone not repair... please advise me...

please do the needful...
