Poor warranty service/defective product

Dear sir/ma'am

I bought a a nokia 5130 xpressmusic phone last year. It worked fine for a while but after it started switching off by itself. I went to the nokia care centre, and they reinstalled the OS, but it happened again and they did the same thing. I might add that I am very well versed with electronics, and I deduced that the problem was that there were corrupted sectors in the internal memory chip of the phone. I told the same to the people in nokia care, but no action was taken. My phone went to the service center for about 12-14 times in the warranty period.

Now that the warranty has expired and I'm facing the same problem again, the refuse to listen to my problems. They suggest me to get my warranty extended.!!!

Being a student a phone is my lifeline, I would much appreciate if you would help me through this problem.
