I have purchased a NOKIA 5130c Model Handset, IMEI No.355232036944593, Invoice No. OR/1476/00001/2814, on 11.08.2009 from THE MOBILE STORE Ltd., Shop No. 1, Opp. Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Statue, College Square, Cuttack-753003, Orissa. But, since last six months, the handset is not functioning. A white screen appeared most of the time on the display. I have contacted the Nokia Care Shop at Nayasarak, Cuttack and gave them the handset. They told me that software problem is there and repaired it within 15 minutes and charged me Rs.250/- without any money receipt. Again after one month, the same problem arose. Again I went to the shop, they charged Rs.250/- without any money receipt and told me that there is no guarantee on software. So, my question is, how many times I will run after them spending money and time? Being a reputed international company, I have lost my faith on NOKIA. So, I request you, if possible, kindly change the handset and hand over the same to me at the earliest.
