Hi,
I am facing Several Issues with My Nokia Phone (5130 XpressMusic) after the next day when i have purchased. I Have purchased this Mobile 4 months back and currently it is in Warrenty.

Current Job Steet # : 854465550/101113/95
So far i have visited the Nokia Care (Chennai, Veetee Communications) for 7 times and each time they are telling that, issue got resolved and still i am facing the issues.
For each time i am speding around 2 hours for up and down Journey and so far it took 20 Man Hours.
For the First Visit: Upgraded the Software
For the Second Visit: Splashed the Software
For the Third Visit: Changed the Battery
For the Forth Visit: Kept mobile for 7 days for Observation
For the Fifth Time: Sent the Mobile to Head Office and repaired the IC
For the Sixth Time: Again Sent to Head Office, as the issue is not fixable in local people.
Please advise me what i have to do. Here i have to see Only 2 Options,
1) I have to throw this Mobile into DustBin and Assume that Nokia is a Big...
2) Still wait for the repair / resolutions (Not sure how many times and how many days)
When i call to Nokia Customer care, as per Nokia Polocies you have to visit the Nokia Care and Visit and come back (Seems 'N' number of times also...)
