Rejecting of Mobile insurance

Hi,

I had purchased Nokia 5230 mobile from Sangeetha Vijayanagara (Bangalore) branch. I had confirmed it before purchasing like If mobile theft happens in BUS crowd will be claimable. I lost my mobile and applied for claim, now they are rejecting it.
