Respected Sir,
I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have purchased the above-noted set in February. Then after five months, I just went to NOKIA CARE MEHSANA for latest software update in my hand set.
But,
They told me that Your MOBILE's Warranty is not valid. because it was repaired from out side.
But, I never visited any mobile repair shop for any kind of problem.
Because sir, I am the Loyal consumer of NOKIA CELL PHONES. And I know very well that THE NOKIA Company provides 12 months warranty,
I expect full value for my money and ask there to Update the soft ware of set at the earliest. and I want to go there again for Software Update
