Hi all,
its again a shame for the leading mobile manufacturer NOKIA who is again in the news regarding the poor and irresponsible for their customers.
I had purchased a NOKIA 5233 on 01.07.2010... it worked fine for about 3.5 months but by the end of the nov month by hanset occured a problem where in the battery wasn't getting charged and neither the diaply was there on teh screen.
The mobile was purchased from BABALAL JI STORES in A BLOCK SAHIBABAD..
the shop owner assured me that the mobile would get repaired by 1 month.
so i expected my handset to get repaired by the end of dec... but now it is the middle of the feb month and the nokia service centre is still resolving that issue..
whenevr i go the shop (baba lal ji stores), he advises me to ocme after 2 days or 3 days, when evr the next visit is made he agains advices to come around 5 days later..
i dont think a company like nokia who has a good image in the international market needs to their customers in this way...
as assured by the babalalji shop owner, i would get my mobile by 08.02.2011.still the story is same..
i havent faced such kind of pathetic services in my life..
I urge all the people authorised in NOKIA to kindly get my mobile repaired ASAP or else i would surely take this to CONSUMER COURT...
Hoping for a better resolution!!!
