Nokia5310 and Relaince GSM

Hi,

In My mobile gprs is not activating,

When i ask about this to Reliance customer care they said send a messsage to 55100 and write all in small letters,

I received setting but when i saved it, it says verification fiailed.

I talked about this to both nokia care center and R web world but both are saying that it is not there fault.
