i want to lodge a complain against NOKIA Care situated at Laxmi Nagar Delhi Shakarpur -110092, Bill No 1464 dt. 21.06. thare was a problem with sound, service provider told me that thare was a problewm with UI and also they changed it, after that same problem was occurring, again a approach to Nokia Care, than he told me that the actual problem with MIC IC and again he was demanding additional charged, they ware unable to find out actual problems, and they charged me 1250/- for UI again they are demanding
how long would i tolarate this fee, i will had to pay due lack of proper knowledge of service provider,
if my problems will not sort out without any chargers than i will file a case under consumer proctation act
