I can't delete the records

Dear Sir / Mam,

I am using the Nokia-5320expressmusic handset.

I am deleting the received calls and SMS records. but again my husband will take this records. it is creating big problems in my family.

pls explain how is it possbile and how can i avoid this issue.

Pls understand and help me.
