Poor quality of product

Dear customers, i am fed up with the miserable quality product of nokia mobile handsets. i bought a nokia 5610 xpress music phone in march with imei no 358652018939156 @11400 rs. since buing it's music player was defective and poorly functioning. on september this year it's display and keypad went into malfunction. i reached a nokia care centre at rewa in mp. they rudely behabed with me and told that it was liquid damaged and took 2800 rs for change of display and keypad. then within 10 days the display got into malfunction again. i reached there again and this time i was virtually scolded.(the nokia care centre name is ELECTRONIC POINT RREWA MP). THEY AGAIN DEMANDED RS 1400 FOR A CHANGE IN DISPLAY AS IT WAS NOT FUNCTIONING WITHIN 10 DAYS!! NOW MY QUESTION IS WHY NOKIA SHOULD MANUFACTURE SUCH UGLY QUALITY SETS TO CHEAT IT'S CUSTOMERS??? I WILL PUT A COMPLAINTS WITH TRAI NOW AND START A CAMPAIGN AGAINST NOKIA IN MY FRIENDS CIRCLE WITH MY LIMITED RESOURCES FOR NOT BUING INFERIOR QUALITY SETS. FOR YOUR INFORMATION TWO OF MY CLOSE FRIENDS HAVE ALSO HATE SAME FORTUNE WITH THE SAME SET RESCENTLY. I WANT A FULL REPLACEMENT OF MY SET/ FREE OF COST MAINTAINANCE OF MY SET AS IT IS STILL WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD
