Nokia 6500
Service issue

Dear Nokia Team,

This is wrt the Handset (Nokia 6500) which i purchased from Planet M (Pune) located at Pune Central (Aug) under a special scheme which promised 3 things:

1. Price Protection

2. Stand by phone

3. 2 years warranty

Now, the problems that i am facing are as follows:

1. Battery gets discharged within 20 mins

2. Handset hangs very frequently.

3. Bloated Battery

4. The speakers not working (have to put the speaker phone on while conversing)

When contacted the Dealer (Planet M) repeatedly, they arranged for a standby phone after 5 visits to their shop. The dealer is not even bothered to take the complaint seriously, instead, when i said i would escalate the matter to Nokia, Mr Santosh Singh (Area Manager, Pune) blatantly asked us to complain it to anyone i wish to.. This attitude of the dealer was very disappointing and has led to me using this forum for my grievance. If this is the kind of arrogant and indifferent dealers that you have appointed i am very sorry to say that i've probably made a wrong decision buying a NOKIA phone. Shall think ten times before buying your brand, forget about recommending it to someone..

Hope you would take appropriate action on such type of irresponsible dealers in your distributer network..
