Dear Sir,
I purchased NoKia Mobile Model No. 6700, a month back from Globle Access Pvt. Ltd., St. Marks Road, Bangalore.
After using the mobile for some time, I found that Calendar tone was not ringing and I missed many events, and also under Missed Calls names were not appearing.
Upon contacting dealer about my problem, he directed me to approach Nokia Care locally to solve my problem.
A new Nokia care was recently opened in my area i.e. Kantharaj Urs Road, Kuvempunagar, Mysore, where I Approached to solve my problem. had a very Bitter Experience.
As I approached concerned person (Mr Ganesh) to explain my problems, the way he handled by costly mobile set was unbearable. My mobile was kept Upside down on table which is not correct. Some lady wanted take paper just pushed the mobile very badly. Which showed they are not bothered to handle the mobiles sets smoothly.
After explaining my problems and about 1000 contact Numbers saved in my Mobile, for which Mr Ganesh said he will save the numbers in computer and after upgrading the Mobile software, put back the numbers to phone memory for which I agreed. They issued me a “shabby service Job Sheet” and put an Robber Stamp at the bottem that data backup recovery will be at customers risk.
Upon reading. I enquired why he is putting the rubber stamp and explained the importance of my 1000 Contect Numbers. Again he assured me that these numbers will be saved and nothing will go wrong. I requested him to give me in writing the assurance for which he wrote and gave me the assurance”Date to be Saved” which can be seen on Service Job Sheet.
After 2 hours, when I went to collect the set, to my surprise all the numbers were deleted and problem started.
Then came to picture is one Mrs. Yogeshwari, who does not have knowledge of customer care, or a smooth behavior,
Spoke rough and tough, and not bothered to listen customers grievances. Each problem I tried to explain to her as above, has no effect at all. I also informed her that I shell lodge a complaint to police and customer grievances court for which she said I am free to do so. She also collected Service job sheet from me and manipulated the Service job sheet by inserting the Words “Data not available in Phone” to mislead.
As a customer I find that the working condition at this particular Nokia Care is very poor.
1. A qualified and experienced admistrator should be there to manage the customers.
2. I find that technically poor knowledge personnel has been handling the mobile Sets.
3. Proper training should be given to handle the mobile sets smoothly and carefully
4. they should have knowledge of how customers are purchased the mobile sets through their nose
5. they should know the seriousness of Law and cannot give rude answers to customers to go to police or court of law which effects the Image of the Company.
I request you to kindly take action against my above complaint and an reply is highly solicited in the interest of Nokia Company and customer.
