Attery backup is low

Nokia 7210 battery backup is very low and i had bought on 25.01.10, when i went to the dealer they told me to go to the nokia care center, which is very painful.

after buying a product the customer should run around if there is any issues & when i asked him to exchange, he quotes Rs 2500/- that means nokia handsets are not having any resale value.

this is not the service i expect from NOKIA, I NEVER RECOMMEND ANY OTHERS TO BUY A NOKIA PRODUCT.
