Non-performance of Nokia Mobile Phone 7210 Supernova
Nokia 7210 Supernova purchased at Siliguri from Mobile Tel – Item:002J3F2 – IMEI:351962039829326
I purchased the above mentioned Mobile handset from Nokia authorized seller Mobile Tel, Sevoke Road, Siliguri in the month of June. The handset worked for about two months well and thereafter stopped working. It suddenly went dead. The handset was taken to Nokia authorized service center in Bangalore and they said due to virus problem the set stopped working. They claimed to have set it right and few days after again it went dead. This time they gave no reason and returned the set after few days. When we enquired about the recurrence of this problem they assured us that it would work all right. Again the same problem occurred after two weeks. They said they would send the handset to Gurgaon and get it serviced and if it doesn’t work all right they will replace the same. On 12th December the handset went dead. My daughter took up the matter with your call center and communicated via email. They assured her to give the set to the Nokia service center near her college. The hand set was returned two days ago. Though it worked for while, it went dead again. We are really frustrated because, this handset is given to our daughter who is studying in Bangalore and it is necessary for us to keep in touch with her regularly.
We request you to please look into this matter and arrange to give us a new working handset without any problems. We trust that a company of your repute with customer case as one of the main service will treat this as a serious matter and come out with a permanent solution.
